Miracle Software Systems, Inc., a high-tech IT services company with it new global headquarters in Novi, Mich., is launching its new SOA center of excellence and IBM Business Partner Innovation Center in co-operation with IBM Corporation. The grand opening will take place on August 17 in Miracle’s Novi Headquarters.

The SOA center will be opened by:

- John Allessio, VP America’s Software Technical Sales & Enablement, IBM
- Karen Smith, VP, Software Channels, IBM
- Prasad Lokam, CEO, Miracle Software Systems

Since February of 2002, Miracle has been an IBM Premier Business Partner. Miracle’s SOA center of excellence is a state-of-the-art technology facility focused on IBM’s WebSphere software, which is the market leading Integration and Application Infrastructure software from IBM.

The center provides access to a broad range of technical solutions including SOA, application integration, application development, SOA governance and e-Business solutions with specific focus on WebSphere, Lotus, Tivoli, Information Management and the Rational brands from IBM. Equipped with several Intel servers hosting operating systems like Microsoft Windows 2000 Enterprise Server, AIX, Linux and Solaris, The facility has on-demand access to iSeries, pSeries and zSeries servers in collaboration with IBM innovation centers in the U.S. Recent projects include aspects of SAP XI co-existence with IBM Middleware tools and integration with other packaged software like Siebel, JD Edwards and PeopleSoft.

The new SOA center is another milestone in Miracle Software System’s strategic growth and results in new job opportunities and better services to the local Detroit area and nationwide.
