per share, in the fiscal year ending December 31, 2006, from $1,377,484, or
$0.04 per share, for the year ended December 31, 2005. Additionally, the
Company anticipates realizing a growth in gross sales revenues of more than
50% for the combined third and fourth quarter of the year ending December
31, 2006. The total common shares outstanding used to calculate the per
share amounts was 30.45 million for both the 2005 and 2006 periods.
