as Vice President of Engineering. Mrs. Harvey will be responsible for the
management of Parature's software development efforts, including guiding
product architecture and execution of design, as well as overseeing

organization. Backed by 18 years of software development experience, and 12
years of management experience, Mrs. Harvey brings to Parature keen insight

U.S. intelligence community. During her tenure with NetSec, Mrs. Harvey
co-created two patent-pending inventions: a wireless intrusion detection
system and a secure one-way network bridging technology. Prior to NetSec,
Mrs. Harvey held senior software architecture and programming positions
with several high tech companies including Ubizen, provider of managed
security software for corporate networks.
