emuse absolutely, Sky Media Announce Major Interactive Advertising Agreement
Sky Media, the advertising sales division of BSkyB, and emuse absolutely, the UK's largest independent, cross-platform iAd operator, have signed an agreement that will offer increased reach and therefore greater ROI for interactive advertisers using the emuse absolutely service.
Digital satellite viewers may now interact with any emuse absolutely interactive advertisement on all of Sky's wholly owned channels. Third-party channels whose airtime is sold by Sky Media also have the option to offer their audience and advertisers the same facility.
emuse absolutely has a strong track-record of delivering interactive advertising, including current campaigns on the DTT platform for advertisers including T-Mobile, BT, Sony, Chrysler, Scottish National Executive, and Peugeot.
"We are extremely pleased to be working alongside Sky Media" says Patrick Rainsford CEO emuse absolutely. "Following our deal with ITV earlier in the year, this agreement means that we can present a very compelling offering to our clients, enabling them to have interactive exposure across two of the major commercial broadcasters in the UK."
Robert Leach, Head of Interactive Services at Sky Media, welcomed the agreement: "Sky Media's commitment to supporting the growth of iTV advertising means that we welcome the emergence of alternative service providers. We believe that increased choice is one of the factors that will act as a stimulus to further strong growth and will encourage even more clients to enhance their campaigns with immersive interactive experiences."
