Night Watch: TEHRAN - AFP reports that according to the British military publication Jane's Defence Weekly, there was an emergency meeting last month in Tehran with Hezbollah representatives who insisted they needed anti-aircraft weapons to reduce the effectiveness of Israel's airstrikes. Unnamed Western diplomats have confirmed Tehran has agreed to supply Hezbollah with the Chinese made QW-1 (Vanguard), a shoulder fired surface-to-air missile. Russian made surface-to-air (SAM) are to be supplied at a later date. [
