Atlas Pipeline Partners, L.P. (NYSE: APL)
announced today that it will release its second quarter 2006 results after
market hours on Monday, July 31, 2006, and invites investors and other
interested parties to listen to the live webcast of its quarterly
conference call on Tuesday, August 1, 2006, at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
