Bad Toys Holdings, Inc. Renews 3 Year Contract for Approximate $2.5 Million Gross Revenue in Linn County, Kansas

Bad Toys Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB: BTYH) announced today that its Southland Health Services division has been awarded its renewal of a 3 year contract to be the sole provider in Linn County, Kansas.

This agreement included both emergency and non-emergency ambulance service. The Company will continue to be the sole provider for this county for the next 3 years with an option to renew. The Company expects gross revenue for the life of the contract to be approximately $2.5 million.

Larry N. Lunan, Chief Executive Officer, stated that, "The Company continues to provide our shareholders with a consistent base of business by its renewal of existing contracts. Each contract is reviewed and adjusted prior to renewal to insure that expected contributions from the contract meet the targeted margins required to maintain the proper earnings profile for our shareholders."

In regards to the S1 filing, Mr. Lunan, added, "We are in the final stages of completing the answers to the SEC's first round of comments, and expect to have our reply complete very soon."
