Thinkpath Inc. Announces the Appointment of John W. Kennedy to the Position of Vice President, Business Development

Thinkpath Inc. (OTCBB: THPHF), a growing
engineering services provider, announced today the appointment of John W.
Kennedy to the position of Vice President, Business Development. He will
report directly to Robert Trick, President and Chief Operating Officer.
Effective immediately, Mr. Kennedy will lead all Thinkpath business
development initiatives, with an emphasis on developing and implementing a
national sales and marketing program aimed at increasing revenue, growing
market share and ensuring a strong competitive advantage. Mr. Kennedy will
also plan and execute the integration of future acquired companies' sales
teams.

of sales, engineering and project management experience will be invaluable
to helping ensure Thinkpath continues to realize its growth potential and

position over 28 years of outstanding experience in project development,
engineering operations/management, cost analysis/control, strategic
planning and business development."
Mr. Kennedy was most recently President/Owner of The Multitech Group
("TMG"), a New Jersey engineering services company acquired by Thinkpath on
June 29, 2006. At TMG, Mr. Kennedy was responsible for the management of
all sales and business development programs, engineering functions, project
estimations and contract negotiations, as well as overseeing all financial
activities including profit and loss responsibility.
Prior to purchasing TMG, Mr. Kennedy was an Account Manager at Sandvik
Sorting Systems, a $100 million designer and manufacturer of automated
sorting systems and an Operations Manager at Coleman Equipment, a $10
million designer, manufacturer and installer of material handling/bulk
handling equipment for the air pollution control industry.
Mr. Kennedy holds a Ph.D. in Industrial Business Management from La Salle
University, an MBA in Industrial Processes and a BS in Industrial
Engineering from Columbia Pacific University, as well as a BS in Education
from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts (previously North Adams State
College). Mr. Kennedy is listed in the "Who's Who in the World" and
Strathmore's "Who's Who." He has authored several engineering white papers
and is a frequent speaker at industry trade events and regularly provides
expert commentary to industry publications and journals. Mr. Kennedy is
very active in the community including the Special Olympics and Scouts. In
2005, he received the National Distinguished Eagle Scout Award.
