  Share With Friends

SOURCE, Inc. announced today that it has signed a patent sublicense and marketing agreement with Allureis, Inc., a San Diego-based company that provides proprietary loyalty programs and financial card solutions for businesses and non-profit organizations.

President and CEO of Allureis, Stuart Graham, stated, "I've been a consultant in the loyalty and registered card world for a long time and after spending a few months getting to know SOURCE and its management team, I feel confident and excited about forming a strategic alliance with them." He went on to say, "I love the reciprocal business model of the SCORE LoyaltyShare Network (Network) and being able to bring some of Allureis' intellectual properties to the Network to share with other Loyalty Providers and their merchants and members."

After arriving in the US from Ireland in 1991 Mr. Graham became the founder and CEO of a la Carte International, which developed the Press Pass and Member Card programs. The Press Pass program became one of the most successful programs ever launched in the newspaper industry. The company issued several million cards a year and had a merchant base of approximately 8,000. Mr. Graham has consulted with Walgreens, CVS, Harley Davidson and NASCAR in the area of prepaid cards and loyalty.

Founder and CEO of SOURCE, Richard G. Stewart, Jr., said, "Having Mr. Graham as part of the team as an experienced consultant, Network participant, debit card provider and contributor of intellectual properties is a major win for SOURCE and Allureis." He went on to say, "Source's goal is to build LoyaltyShare worldwide and we are excited about working with Allureis and having Mr. Graham on our Board of Advisors."

About SOURCE, Inc.

SOURCE, Inc., a Southern California company, is an owner of intellectual properties in the loyalty marketplace. SOURCE has built a reciprocal, loyalty platform and infrastructure and is currently uniting competing "Loyalty Providers" into a cooperative network in order to grow their businesses and increase their profitability using a "coopetition" business model. Loyalty Providers are companies that offer loyalty-related products, programs, technologies and services to their members and merchant affiliates. SOURCE is enrolling the best of these Loyalty Providers into its SCORE LoyaltyShare Network ("Network") and Clearinghouse. SOURCE has adopted this mutually beneficial, business model to establish the new LoyaltyShare Industry(TM). Using coopetition through the Network, Loyalty Providers are now able to offer the latest technologies, benefits, rewards and proprietary program models to their members and merchant affiliates. For example, SOURCE offers its Loyalty Providers the first-of-its-kind, non-financial LoyaltyShare Card(TM). This proprietary card tracks loyalty transactions for both members and merchants. It can be private-branded and is able to track a member's purchases regardless of the form of payment they use (whether cash, check or any debit or credit card) across existing bankcard networks. Moreover, it provides loyalty tracking on just about any type of merchant rewards program and helps generate various levels of Customer Relationship Management ("CRM") for the merchant.
