Lantern Capital Advisors LLC Starts Up In Atlanta And Names Christopher J Risey President

Lantern Capital Advisors, LLC a domestic Limited Liability Company, today received notice that it has been duly organized under the laws of the State of Georgia on June 9, 2006 and has named Christopher J. Risey president of Lantern Capital Advisors effective immediately.

Prior to Lantern Capital Advisors, Risey was a managing director with Tunstall Consulting in Tampa, Fla., and had been with the firm since 1997. Tunstall credits itself with helping companies raise over six-billion dollars from a variety of institution including banks, mezzanine and subordinated debt providers, venture capitalists and underwriters on an hourly fee basis. Risey left Tunstall Consulting in April 2006 to pursue his own consulting firm. Prior to Tunstall Consulting, Risey was an accountant in the audit and advisory services group for Arthur Andersen in New Orleans, La. He is a graduate of the University of South Florida and a Certified Public Accountant. Risey is a past president and member of the Tampa Downtown Daybreak Rotary Club, and Rotarian Scholar. He is also the past president of FEI and a board member for The Association for Corporate Growth in Tampa.
