Poloner as executive vice president, chief marketing officer and president of TransBorder Spirits USA subsidiary, Daniel A. Schwartz as chief financial officer and Tony Haynes as U.S.Government Alcohol, Tobacco & Firearms (ATF) Relations Advisor.

Poloner has spent over 30 years in senior management, strategic planning, marketing and advertising positions with some of the country’s leading advertising agencies and has worked with some of the country’s most successful consumer brands.

Schwartz has held executive positions in the private banking, investment banking, international trade, Internet and financial consulting industries with such entities as Oppenheimer & Company, Merrill Lynch, The Government of Israel Economic Mission, as director of trade and investments and the Amidex Index Fund.

Haynes served in various capacities at the ATF during his 34 year tenure with the government. He is the former director of the National Revenue Center at the Bureau. Haynes will be working with TransBorder on regulatory compliance with emphasis on labeling and trade practices in the market place.
