Bennet Foam USA Is Now Shipping A Full Line Of High Quality Polyurethane Foam Surfboard Blanks

Bennett Foam USA (www.bennettfoam.us) offers a complete line of surfboard blanks including:

- Fifteen short board blank styles ranging from 5'9" to 7'7"

- Six mid-range blank styles ranging from 6'11" to 9'2"

- Seven long board blank styles, ranging from 7'8" to 11'2"

Gun blanks are coming soon. These blanks are available in three different foam densities and with custom rockers and custom stringers. This line includes plugs by popular American shapers, Terry Martin, and Rusty Preisendorfer as well as a selection of Barry Bennett designs. Many long-term historical shapers from the East Coast, West Coast and Hawaii are submitting their design plugs for future mold production.

All Bennett Foam USA blanks are blown using the "Bennett A & B" formula manufactured in Australia by Dion Chemicals a division of Bennett Australia. This formula is known for its whiteness, small cell structure, consistent density, strength and lightness.

Bennett Foam USA is owned and operated by a family of American surfers with deep roots in the surfboard industry for over 40 years and was established in February 2006 in order to produce high quality polyurethane surfboard blanks.

Bennett Foam USA has contracted with Barry Bennett to provide technical expertise in the surfboard blank manufacturing processes. Bennett is a pioneering figure in Australia's surfing industry. In 1960, he built the first factory in Australia dedicated exclusively to the manufacturing of surfboards and surfboard blanks. In the ensuing 45 years, Bennet has perfected the chemistry and industrial process required to produce surfboard blanks of the highest quality. For the past several months, Bennet and his Australian staff have been working along side their American counterparts to set up a new factory in Baja, Mexico.
