Famous Knitwear Designer Jo Sharp to Visit Filati Fine Yarns

Filati Fine Yarns, in Rocklin, California is excited to announce that world renowned knitwear designer, Jo Sharp, is to visit on June 17th, from 1pm to 3pm.

An internationally acclaimed knitwear designer, Jo Sharp works from her studio in the bustling port city of Fremantle, Australia.

Jo’s love of working with natural fiber and her intuitive feel for color harmonies are central to her collections.

Her designs are both timeless and contemporary and her careful selection of projects ensures that knitters of all persuastions will find a project suitable to their level of skill.

Jo’s latest book KNIT, features 35 hand knitting patterns, many featuring her new Alpaca yarns.

Jo will be at Filati Yarn to discuss how she conceptualizes new yarns and patterns and how she chooses color palettes. She loves to meet fellow knitters and to knit along with them as she discusses her love for all things knitted. She will be happy to sign books and be sure to bring your latest knitting project so you can knit along with Jo.

Filati Yarn has 3600 square feet of floorspace, so there should be room for a lot of knitters.
