Meritex Enterprises Announces Sale of Three Columbus Assets

Twin Cities based Meritex Enterprises, Inc.
announces the sale of three single-tenant assets totaling 245,586 square
feet in the Columbus, Ohio market to ProLogis. Meritex purchased the
buildings in 2003 as part of a 1.1 million square foot portfolio
acquisition from RREEF. The sale of these assets complements Meritex's
strategy to own multi-tenant office/warehouse properties in key U.S.
markets. "Meritex will continue to execute its strategy of providing
industrial space solutions to its customers in cost effective, well-located
properties in major markets throughout the United States," commented Dan
Williams, Chief Investment Officer of Meritex.
