Shari's Intros National Debut of Hellmann's(R) Pesto Sauce

Shari's Restaurant and Pie Bakery is the first restaurant chain in the nation to roll-out Hellmann's® Creamy Pesto Sandwich Sauce from Unilever Foodsolutions. The sauce is being featured on two selections of wild Pacific Salmon as a limited time offer.

"We continue to introduce new flavors and menu items that stretch the perception of family dining," explains Kevin Bechtel, Shari's Senior Vice President of Menu Development. "The creamy pesto sauce offers a bold flavor that our guests enjoy, in a convenient ready-to-use product that provides operational consistency."

Hellmann's® Creamy Pesto is made from a blend of basil, garlic, olive oil and cheese. It is being served at Shari's on two different presentations:

--  "Oh So Pesto" Pacific Salmon Sandwich -- A tasty combination of
    grilled Pacific Salmon, creamy pesto sauce, cheddar cheese, lettuce and
    tomato on Ciabatta bread. Served with French Fries for $7.99.

--  Pesto Salmon Pasta Alfredo -- Wild Pacific Salmon topped with creamy
    pesto sauce, served atop a bed of pasta alfredo. With grilled Focaccia
    bread for $9.99.
    

Creamy Pesto is one of five new sandwich sauces from Hellmann's®.
