Dako and Ventana resolve patent infringement

Dako North America, Inc. ("Dako") announced today that Dako and Ventana Medical Systems, Inc. ("Ventana") have resolved their patent infringement dispute concerning Dako's Artisan® Staining System, an automated staining system used for diagnostics. Tuesday the parties asked Judge Gregory M. Sleet of the United States District Court for the District of Delaware to dismiss the case with prejudice.

Pursuant to the terms of a confidential agreement between the parties, Dako will continue to market the Artisan® System.
