Wabash National to Webcast Annual Shareholder Meeting

Wabash National Corporation (NYSE: WNC) today announced that it will webcast its annual shareholder meeting on Thursday, May 18, 2006, at 10:00 a.m. EDT.

For those unable to participate, the webcast will be archived at www.wabashnational.com within three hours of the conclusion of the presentation and will remain available through June 15, 2006.
