Claes Nobel, Nobel Prize Family, Presents Scholarships To 30 Outstanding High School Students

Claes Nobel, senior member of the Nobel Prize family and founder of The National Society of High School Scholars (NSHSS), is awarding 30 college scholarships to outstanding high school students this year. Nobel will present scholarships and address NSHSS members at a special recognition ceremony on May 13, 2006, in the U.S. Dirksen Senate Building in Washington, D.C. NSHSS will honor outstanding students and educators during the program. NSHSS scholarship recipients are selected on the basic of excellence in academics, leadership and community service.

The following students have been selected for academic scholarships from NSHSS from over 10,000 applicants:
