WayPoint Biomedical Plans to Enter the OTC Fertility Market by Signing LOI With Arben Biosciences

WayPoint Biomedical, Inc. (OTC: WYPH) has signed an LOI with Rochester, New York based Arben Biosciences to enter into an "exclusive" North American licensing agreement for their highly innovative product, Simplicity(TM) The "No-Step" Pregnancy Test(TM).

Under the terms of the agreement Arben will provide copies of all required information related to their OTC "No-Step" Pregnancy Cup Device necessary to effectively market the product, including: technical support files, clinical data, regulatory status and studies. WayPoint will evaluate the sales, marketing, regulatory, and distribution potential for the Simplicity Fertility Range into the $200 million US OTC Retail Pregnancy Kit sector.
