Creditz Digital Currency Joins ITA at NAB

Introduces Digital Prizing and Micro-Payments for Broadcast Industry

CEO America, Inc. (OTC: CEOA) today announced that it has joined Interactive Television Alliance -- ITA and will introduce its CREDITZ® Digital Currency at the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) Convention in Las Vegas, Nevada this week, April 24-27, 2006.

CREDITZ® Digital Currency offers a solution for broadcasters and content providers seeking to develop new revenue streams in the non-traditional distribution channels such as mobile TV. The CREDITZ® system is a proprietary electronic payments, business intelligence and marketing communications system which has a suite of services for the expanding digital content markets. By joining the ITA, CEOA will make available its platform to mobile and interactive TV landscape.

The NAB is also the home of the "ITA Content Incubator," where it will be highlighting companies providing "alternative distribution" -- outside of the traditional cable, satellite, broadcast models and new innovations such as mobile TV payments. Invited participants and sponsors include: Intel, Microsoft, AOL, GoldPocket, WhiteBlox, TiVo, Akimbo, Sling Media, DaveTV, Zodiac Gaming, txtstation and Mobile Hollywood along with CREDITZ®.

In a world of video iPods, computer-controlled home theaters, and cell phones streaming TV clips... content creators and advertisers have many new choices to display their message. However, content creators struggle with the question of how to monitize these assets in a digital world. CEOA management has a depth of experience in the media industry, and believes that there is a significant opportunity to monetize these assets using CREDITZ® Digital Currency. Thus, the Company is introducing, at the NAB, the concept of paying viewers to watch TV and Mobile broadcast commercials.

In addition, the use of CREDITZ as digital prizing instead of physical promotional items that require warehousing and shipping to the consumer is now being introduced to the broadcast and mobile industries.

Charles Weber, CEO of CEO America, and the former CEO for LucasFilm, stated, "We are pleased to be joining the ITA, and introducing TV Producers, content owners and major advertisers to new promotional currency and micro-payment opportunities CREDITZ® Digital Currency provides them."
