Camvera Deploys First Phase Of Wireless Network For CityNet - Wireless And Integrated Fiber Network To Cover Virtually All Of Tift County, Georgia

Camvera Networks, the leading wireless broadband integration and managed services company in the country, today announced that it has completed the first phase and primary deployment of its wireless footprint for CityNET Telecommunications, owned and operated by the city of Tifton, Georgia.

The first phase includes two of four broadband wireless cells that will provide wireless broadband access coverage in Tift County, Ga. When completed, the system will cover an area of approximately 310 square miles utilizing a combination of wireless technologies from both Redline Communications and Navini Networks.

In addition, the system will support coverage for law enforcement, public safety, local farmers and users in the other Tift County cities of TyTy and Omega.”
