The Pinnacle Group has announced a Microsoft seminar and Golf Outing at South Bend Country Club on May 23, 2006. The featured products and topics will include a focus on how to increase customer satisfaction through Microsoft Business Intelligence and Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The seminar will take place from 8 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Participants are invited to play golf that afternoon for an additional fee.
