(OTC BB: AOTL) announced that the Company has appointed Ms. Cerena Han as Director of Corporate Development. Ms. Han will work with strategic partners, conduct industry research, assist with strategic planning and coordinate Investor Relations activities. Before joining aeroTelesis, Ms. Han founded Atrio Group LLC, an ecommerce solutions provider, where she was the Managing Partner. Prior to founding Atrio Group, Ms. Han was Vice President at Pacific Greystoke Partners LLC (PGP) where she worked with pensions in Asia. Prior to joining PGP, she was a manager at Wilshire Associates Incorporated, a global pension consulting firm with over $1 Trillion in assets under management. While at Wilshire Associates, Ms. Han managed a team of financial analysts engaged in investment reporting, performance attribution, and portfolio analysis with funds exceeding $350 billion in assets. Ms. Han received her Masters in Business Administration in Finance and Entrepreneurial Studies from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Wellesley College.
