Bicoastal Communications, Inc. (OTC: GARS) is
pleased to announce that the company is currently involved in merger
negotiations with a wireless communications company. The name of the
company cannot be disclosed at this time. Upon acceptance of a Letter of
Intent to acquire the company and merge, the name and more details
regarding the company will be announced.
