Bicoastal Communications, Inc. in Merger Negotiations With VoIP Wireless Communications Company

Bicoastal Communications, Inc. (OTC: GARS) is pleased to announce that the company is currently involved in merger negotiations with a wireless communications company. The name of the company cannot be disclosed at this time. Upon acceptance of a Letter of Intent to acquire the company and merge, the name and more details regarding the company will be announced.

Hale Hitchcock, CEO of Bicoastal Communications, stated, "As previously disclosed in prior press releases, the company is pursuing a strategy of expansion into various areas of wireless and VoIP communications.
