Rodedawg International Industries, Inc. Awards Distribution Agreement for Rodedawg Vehicles in Panama to Best Price Car Rental
Rodedawg International Industries, Inc. (OTC: RWGI) announces today they have entered into a non-exclusive distribution
agreement with Best Price Car rental to distribute its amphibious vehicles
in Panama, subject to the requirement of placing orders for a minimum of
100 vehicles in 2006. This agreement stipulates that Best Price Car Rental
is required to establish, in favor of Rodedawg, a 30% deposit and
irrevocable letter of credit for the balance of each purchase order.
Achievement of the minimum sales for 2006 per the distribution agreement,
could add over $4.5 million to Rodedawg's overall sales for the year.
Rodedawg International is targeting all Latin America countries, including
the Caribbean, to distribute the Rodedawg.
