Rodedawg International Industries, Inc. Awards Distribution Agreement for Rodedawg Vehicles in Panama to Best Price Car Rental

Rodedawg International Industries, Inc. (OTC: RWGI) announces today they have entered into a non-exclusive distribution agreement with Best Price Car rental to distribute its amphibious vehicles in Panama, subject to the requirement of placing orders for a minimum of 100 vehicles in 2006. This agreement stipulates that Best Price Car Rental is required to establish, in favor of Rodedawg, a 30% deposit and irrevocable letter of credit for the balance of each purchase order.

Achievement of the minimum sales for 2006 per the distribution agreement, could add over $4.5 million to Rodedawg's overall sales for the year. Rodedawg International is targeting all Latin America countries, including the Caribbean, to distribute the Rodedawg.

"We feel confident that by taking on the distribution of the Rodedawg, it will add to our business reputation, success and name recognition," says Mariela Pena Cossu, General Manager of Best Price Car Rental.

"We believe that Panama, the Financial Center of Latin America and a well-known tourist destination in the world, will be a great market for the Rodedawg products because of its tremendous adaptability," said Luis Pallais, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Rodedawg International Industries, Inc.
