Purchase Order for June Delivery of Simply WoW(R) Odor Annihilator to ATA Retail Services, Inc.

ATA Retail Services is a privately owned, national company with 15 years in operation as a supplier of full-service merchandising programs to over 6,500 stores in 48 states, including the country's three largest supermarket chains, many regional supermarket chains and numerous drug stores. The company is headquartered in the San Francisco Bay area, employing more than 1,000 people.

Simply WoW® Odor Annihilator will join Source Direct's family of all-organic, biodegradable cleaning products already being distributed by ATA in the $300 million organic cleaning product category.
