iPhone2 is an enhanced service provider that markets a proprietary

quality (30 frames per second) video to customers utilizing MPEG4
technology. iPhone2 customers can place unlimited peer-to-peer video/voice
calls, as well as place or receive regular voice calls from anywhere in the

issues that plague hardware-based suppliers.

ImagePhone on television," said Chip Greenberg, iPhone2's President and
CEO. "Television is the ideal medium to convey ImagePhone's unique
strengths, such as ease of use and near-broadcast quality video," further
stated Greenberg.
iPhone2's Joint Venture with IMC will leverage IMC's media placement
credits and five decades of marketing genius to promote iPhone2's products
and services on a shared revenue basis. IMC was developed by marketing
maverick Beryl Wolk. Wolk developed his family business into what is now
the Beryl's World conglomerate. Founded in 1929, today Beryl's World
comprises 21 autonomous companies, 1,250 employees, with major facilities
in four states.
Dick Deleguardia of IMC stated, "iPhone2's cutting edge products are a
great fit for a creative marketing company such as IMC." Delaguardia
added, "We look forward to a long, profitable Joint Venture with iPhone2."
