ATWEC Technologies Acquires Memphis-Based Security Monitoring Business
Company Adds Accounts With Recurring Revenues to Its Enhanced Security and Alarms Technology Business Model
ATWEC Technologies, Inc. (OTC: ATWT) announced
today that it has completed the acquisition of a Memphis-based Security
Monitoring Company whose core business is the sales, installation and
monitoring of residential security alarm systems installed at homes
throughout the greater-Memphis area. Alarms that go off unexpectedly, and
are not cancelled by the homeowner within a specified time frame, receive
an immediate, armed 9-1-1 response, which is incited by representatives
monitoring the alarm systems at the Company's central operations hub.
According to CEO Alex T. Wiley, "This purchase marks a new beginning for
our company, one of increased diversification for ATWEC into additional
segments of the greater security and alarms technology market, and/or
markets."
"ATWEC Technology's growth outlook for 2006 is quickly taking shape, as the
Company is now commencing significant marketing and promotional efforts to
help increase sales for both the child-safety products division, as well as
our burgeoning security and alarms division, which we have recently added
to the ATWEC family," continued CEO Wiley. "Presently, we are negotiating
additional purchases of alarm monitoring assets. These assets in total
could potentially add over 2000 recurring revenue accounts to the Company's
bottom line."
The security monitoring industry is vast and appears to be underserved, at
least by "locally run" agencies, in most regions of the United States. With
this most recent acquisition, ATWEC now has the tools in place to further
complement its child safety products and services with an increasing number
of synergistic, security and alarms technology products and/or services.
ATWEC Technologies intends to meet its projected sales and revenue numbers
by continuing to grow both organically and through multiple acquisitions of
smaller, regionally owned businesses in the security monitoring industry.
ATWEC Technologies' child safety alarm systems, to date, have been
installed in pupil transportation vehicles in Tennessee, Arkansas,
Mississippi, Louisiana and Wisconsin. ATWEC's newly announced Security and
Alarms Monitoring division has -- per this acquisition -- numerous
residential accounts in the greater-Memphis area. ATWEC Technologies is
proud to offer the highest quality services and most durable products in
the security and safety products industries. More information on ATWEC
Technologies can be found on the Company's website: www.atwec.com
