Night Watch: LONDON - Diplomatic niceties are coming to an end as Tehran nears completion of its nuclear weapons and missile preparations. Tehran has warned its colleagues in foreign missions in each of the capitals of the EU 3: London - Paris - Berlin about a sequence of events when Iran is taken before the UN Security Council and threatened with sanctions. Even thought the sanctions will be completely ineffective, due to widespread corruption internationally, Tehran will use the UN Security Council as its excuse to respond both economically and militarily.
