XA Chosen as the Production Partner for Hospitality Management for the 29th Annual McDonald's All American Games
XA, Inc., (XA) (OTC BB: XAIN), a major national
event marketing firm that serves many Fortune 500 companies, reported today
that it has been selected as the Destination Management partner for the
McDonald's All American Games.
XA has been selected for the fourth year in a row, to coordinate all hotel
hospitality arrangements, meeting space and food and beverage for game week
and players banquet.
On March 29, the McDonald's All American Games will bring the top high
school basketball talent in the nation to the Cox Arena in San Diego, CA.
These 48 future NCAA, NBA and WNBA superstars will showcase their natural
talent and years of practice, as they tip off the 29th Annual Event. The
McDonald's All American Girls Game tips off at 4:30 p.m. (PST) and the
McDonald's All American Boys Game begins at 7:00 p.m. (PST) and will
broadcast LIVE on ESPN.
The McDonald's All American Games (www.mcdonaldsallamerican.com) primary
purpose as a fundraiser for Ronald McDonald House Charities® (RMHC®)
has been fulfilled along side its ability to showcase high school's top
basketball players. Net proceeds from the 2006 Game will benefit Ronald
McDonald House Charities of San Diego. Previous beneficiaries have
included Sickle Cell Anemia Research, the United Negro College Fund and
numerous local children's charities. Since the game was first played in
1977, nearly $5 million has been raised for charity.

healthy 9% for the year. Companies earmarked an average 25% of their 2005
budgets for event marketing, up from 10.7% last year, according to PROMO's
