WHAT:

LIVE POOL FEED from Spring, Texas, celebrating the arrival of SPRING -- precisely at the Vernal Equinox (1:26:00 p.m. ET). Like the New Year's Eve countdown in New York's Times Square, Spring, TX and The Home Depot will host a celebration complete with an "Orange You Glad It's Spring?" parade and an official countdown clock, giant ball drop (filled with 3,000 spring flowers) and confetti works set to go off when SPRING arrives.

The cameras will be focused on the clock with the ball (flower) drop set in the frame. As spring approaches, the spectators, grand marshals and parade participants will count down the final seconds and celebrate spring.

Television stations across the nation will be able to tune in to the LIVE feed so midday news programs can cut live to the countdown or roll on the footage for use in the evening news.
