Diamant Film's Environmentally Friendly Solutions to Be Introduced to the Caribbean Marketplace

Diamant Art Corporation (OTC BB: DIAAF) is pleased to announce today that, through its Bio-Plastics division, the company's products will be introduced to the Caribbean marketplace through the company's marketing agreement with M2 Formulex, Inc., a leading sales and marketing agency in North America for environmentally friendly and biodegradable products.

M2 Formulex has been working with an importer to Jamaica to introduce biodegradable packaging and address Jamaica's interest in seeking out sustainable, environmentally friendly packaging alternatives. One of M2 Formulex's products that will be introduced to the Caribbean market is Diamant Film, the world's first plasticizer-free stretch film based on polystyrene and the first food wrap film that is environmentally friendly and recyclable.

The Jamaican Government has long been committed to dealing with various environmental concerns -- one of those being packaging materials used in the country's packaged food and food service industries. The impact traditional packaging has on the island's environment is detrimental. To that end, the government has been working with importers to seek out environmentally friendly packaging solutions and address the large volume of packaging materials entering Jamaica each year.

Samples of Diamant Film were sent to Jamaica for evaluation, and the importer has decided to pursue introduction of the film, along with the biodegradable packaging and cutlery offered by M2 Formulex.

In anticipation of the success that the biodegradable packaging and Diamant Film will have in the Jamaican market, the importer has requested exclusivity from M2 Formulex and Diamant Film to distribute not only in Jamaica, but the rest of the Caribbean as well.
