Produce Safety & Security International Inc. Announces Significant Increase in Demand for the Spherequat(R) 1000, Spherequat(R) 6400, RTU 2525-200 and Medic-Kleen
Prescott, AZ. Distribution Center Will Receive Additional Container of the Quaternary Cleaning and Disinfectant Products by Mid April 2006
PRODUCE SAFETY AND SECURITY INTERNATIONAL,
INC. (OTC: PDSC), ("PDSC"), a sanitation disinfectant process supplier to
the food and medical industries, is pleased to announce that it has
received a significant increase in demand for the Spherequat® 1000,
Spherequat® 6400, RTU 2525-200 and Medic-Kleen® and will be receiving
the additional shipment for distribution by mid April 2006.
PDSC is the exclusive Distributor Worldwide of Spherequats®, an EPA
Registered quaternary cleaning and disinfectant line of products. The
products remove pathogens and food-borne illness bacteria in food service
establishments, hotels, cruise ships, homes and processing plants.

B1, designed to be used by doctors, dentists, hospitals, laboratories,
school nurses, school athletic departments, veterinarians and Government

PDSC previously announced on February 16th, 2006 the Company's fourth
container shipment, and based on customers' increased demand for the
products, PDSC forecasts a more rapid pace of shipments of its cleaning and
disinfectant products over the next few months.
Clarence W. Karney, CEO of Produce Safety & Security International, stated,
"The reorder pace seems to be quickening and is necessary to replenish
stock at our Prescott, Arizona distribution center. The goal is to get the
other distribution centers on par with Prescott, as they have access to the
same products used by clients in our more developed markets of Arizona,
Nevada, Colorado and New Mexico." Mr. Karney continues by stating, "I
believe we should see the same response from our other distribution centers
as we develop those territories."
