Expert in Micro-Credit and Economic Development Joins CEO America's Advisory Board

CEO America Inc. (OTC: CEOA) is pleased to announce that Mr. Steven C. Rockefeller, Jr. has joined the Advisory Board of the Company.

Steven C. Rockefeller, Jr. has served as a Managing Director at Deutche Bank's New York based Private Wealth Management. Steven was a leading voice for the bank's international commitment to poverty alleviation through micro-credit.

Steven has been a key participant in the creation of the Deutshe Bank Micro-credit Development Fund, a unique partnership between the bank and its private clients to support micro-credit programs around the world.

His volunteer work centers around his service on the Board of Grameeen Foundation, USA, which combines micro-credit, new technologies and innovative leadership to enable the world's poorest people to escape poverty.

In addition, he serves on the Board of the Soros Economic Development Fund, the Board of Direction of Project Enterprise in New York, the Board of Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors and the YNCA-YWCA Camping Services Council.

Mr. Rockerfeller recently stated, " the CREDITZ system can provide a viable solution for helping reduce poverty both domestically and internationally, providing the technology and methodologies necessary to help spur economies. He further stated, "the CREDITZ system's potential to assist non-profit organizations and foundations in their efforts to aid the less fortunate members of society is remarkable."

Steven received his Masters Degree in Public and Private Management from Yale University and his B.A. from Fairfield University. Steven and his wife, Kimberly, reside in Pleasantville, New York with their three children, Steven III, Christian and Kayla.
