H-Quotient Announces End of Litigation

H-Quotient, Inc., (OTC: HQNT) announced final resolution of litigation that commenced on April 7, 2004. The Company was sued for more than $10 million in the Rao et al v. H-Quotient matter. Today all parties completed a settlement agreement that terminated all claims and resulted in no award to any party.
