Grand Entertainment & Music Inc. (OTC: GMSC)
announced today that the company, through its affiliation with Mango Music
World, has entered into an exclusive three year agreement with Bis Music.
This agreement guarantees Mango Music World three music compilation
projects per year during the next three years. The first of these
compilations is slated to be a CD compilation of the "Best of Cuban
Reggaeton" and is due to be released within the next ten weeks. This
compilation will contain music from Bis Music's extensive song catalogue
including recordings from international artists such as HEL, EDDY K, and
PERSELECTION and many others with a special feature by QBANITO. Grand
Entertainment & Music, Inc. plans to distribute these releases throughout
North America. The company is currently working with distributors to
develop a marketing campaign which includes radio, print media and a
variety of television advertisements.
Grand Music & Entertainment signed an exclusive agreement with Mango World
Music in August 2005 which granted the company full administrative rights
over the entire current Mango music catalogue, as well as rights to all
their future signed artists, catalogues and touring.
Fred Berlin, President and CEO, stated, "Signing this agreement with Bis
Music Inc. is a substantial accomplishment for Mango Music World and Grand
Entertainment & Music, Inc. This is the first catalogue signed since we
formed an affiliation with Mango Music World, and it is a major step to
developing in-roads to acquiring other successful catalogues. I have been
involved in the music industry for over 25 years and this is one of the
most extensive, respected, and marketable catalogues I have ever personally
signed." Berlin went on to say, "Many tireless hours, expense and travel
have gone into this alliance, and I am happy to be announcing to our
shareholders that we will soon be reaping the rewards from all of our hard
work and patience."
