established in 1991 as a management and representation company for professional athletes
announced the launch of its executive search and placement division, Next Level Executive Search
(NLES). This new organization will provide value-added senior level
searches to the sports industry. This new organization will specialize in
conducting searches to collegiate sports, sports associations and companies
in the sports business.

sports industry experience, as well as experience in manufacturing and

Johnson companies. He has collegiate sports experience as a former NCAA Enforcement
Representative, and is the founder of two collegiate sports businesses.
