Signature Devices, Inc. Completes the Arcade Classic SAMURAI SHODOWN V for the Xbox Console

Signature Devices, Inc. (OTC: SVDI) (www.signaturedevices.com), a premiere video game developer specializing in 3D graphics, announced today that it has completed the development of SAMURAI SHODOWN V for the Xbox®. Considered one of the greatest arcade fighting series of all time, SAMURAI SHODOWN makes its console debut on the Xbox video game and entertainment system from Microsoft.

SAMURAI SHODOWN V is the story of one Samurai's quest against the Shogun, which leads to a gathering of all the ultimate warriors in the region. SAMURAI SHODOWN V features all the traditional characters with their fearsome fighting stances, in classic 2D and offers several new and exciting game features, including:

--  Full Xbox Live® support featuring Tournament Mode.

--  Choose from a total of 26 fighters including 11 new characters to the
    franchise plus one boss and one hidden character.

--  Total of 23 combo-moves featuring 8 new moves for the Xbox.

--  Power up Rage Gauge and unleash death combos for extreme damage.

--  Spirit Strength to make your opponent go into slow motion.

--  Sword Spirit Gauge to strategically plan your attacks for maximum
    effect.
    

SAMURAI SHODOWN V is available for Xbox at retailers nationwide with a suggested retail price of $29.99.
