Night Watch: MADRID - In another obvious sign of Moscow's crucial role in World War III Russian President Vladmir Putin and his wife Lyudmilla were received by Spainish King Juan Carlos and Queen Sofia at the Palacio del Pardo, a royal guest house outside Madrid. Wednesday evening the King will host a reception in Putin's honor.

The official reason for President Putin's two day visit is to discuss Russia and the EU's greater cooperation especially regarding trade but in reality international concerns will be the main topic-Iran and its nuclear weapons-missiles program. Madrid-Moscow realize that Tehran-Riyadh's intention is to attempt to control the economic future of Central Asia and that the Islamic Axis want the West and Russia to be defeated.

The King knows that Washington and London are psychologically unreliable given the enormous corruption in their decision making that revolves around constructing military bases for Riyadh-Tehran. In Iran's case it was shown on CNN, the day after the Gulf War ended, the London branch office of the engineering concern, headquarted in San Francisco, that was invited to Iran. Dr. Henry Kissinger, when the Gulf War was ending, stated on the Sunday morning news show This Week, that he was worried about a deal that would cause a worse war a few years later. That placed London-Washington at the disposal, service of the Islamic Axis, marching to Tehran's agenda.

World War III is that war and Moscow-Madrid are also aware that Bin Laden can't arrange any flight school training. That the operation which destroyed the World Trade Center and hit the Pentagon were conducted by Tehran and that the main military response has got to come through Moscow, especially since the deciding front is the Caucasus-Central Asia, a crossroads of energy pipelines.

The ineffective, misdirected foreign policy of the lost alliance, London-Washington, its especially stupid relationship, is being relegated to oblivion, politely ignored. What is left of it will have to be sent to the Balkans to confront the fighting that Tehran and Balkan capitals are going to resume targeting NATO/EU/UN/OSCE.

Moscow ascending and with Western financing as was its Cold War effort, Washington descending.
