Cybersurf Launches Free High Speed Internet Service and Local Phone Services in Ottawa
Company Continues National Roll-Out of VoIP Services
Cybersurf Corp. ("Cybersurf") (TSX-V: CY), one

launch of its new service bundle, featuring free High Speed Cable service
when customers purchase Cybersurf's Local Phone service to consumers in
Ottawa. The service bundle is being offered by the Company's subsidiary,
3web Corp., under the CIA brand.

pre-registered customers on a first come first served basis when the
service bundle becomes available in those markets.
CIA Local Phone is priced at $39.95 / month (plus applicable taxes), and
