MyHomeThing.com Offers All-In-One Stop For Home Owners

SUGARLAND, Texas (EWORLDWIRE) Feb 7, 2006

Myhomething.com offers users the ability to shop for a home loan, refinance an existing home and search for a realtor or a home service contractor without having to search through a myriad of sites on the Internet. While offering many different services is essential to meet the needs of consumers, it is difficult for a single company to specialize in all the financial services needs of clients, a factor that sets Myhomething.com apart from its competitors.

With established lending and realty partners, Myhomething.com can effectively match consumer requests for home loans, home refinance, home equity loans and realtor services via a single quote request form.

"In a matter of hours after completing the form, consumers will be matched to and receive no-obligation quotes from service providers," said Mehran Tabatabayee of Myhomething.com. "This approach eliminates the need for consumers to visit multiple, confusing websites to research and find products that can improve their personal and financial situations. Virtually any consumer credit standing is welcome - this service is not limited to just top-tier consumers with excellent credit histories."

The MyHomeThing.com's back-end system routes customer inquiries directly to one on the staff members who calls each customer. Once a specific request has been confirmed, it is forwarded to all service providers who have signed up to receive that particular kind of request from the customer's service area. However, not all of service providers can provide a quote - only the first four signed up with MyHomeThing.com for a given service area and service type can buy the request.

To kick off the MyHomeThing.com service launch, the company is inviting realtors(R) and mortgage professionals to sign up for free and receive real-time quote requests from homeowners locally and nationwide. At the same time, homeowners are invited to try the MyHomeThing.com matching service.

"It's one thing to say one is focused on a variety of different services, but it's quite another to be an authority on those services," said Tabatabayee. "In my opinion, the industry is in a consolidation process as consumers search for one provider that can offer many different financial products - products that actually work. Myhomething.com addresses this need."

MyHomeThing.com empowers consumers in selecting from up to four choices for any service offered. "Our vision is to revolutionize how consumers connect and communicate to buy local services," said Tabatabayee.

Myhomething.com aims to offer home finance, realty and contractor services under on roof. Myhomething.com's intrinsic knowledge of today's online consumer the company to match consumers with the right industry professionals successfully, locally and across the United States.
