Global Development & Environmental Resources Retains Gary Cannon as New Legal Counsel
Global Development & Environmental Resources,
Inc. (OTC: GDVE) announced today that it has retained the legal services of
Gary Cannon to represent the Company regarding corporate and regulatory
matters. Mr. Cannon will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and
submission of the Company's Form 10SB to the Securities and Exchange
Commission (SEC) in order for the Company to become a reporting company
under the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
Mr. Cannon commented on his role with the company, "I am looking forward to
helping Global Development on a number of fronts. I will work diligently
with company management to complete the necessary regulatory requirements
to bring the company into a fully reporting status. Additionally, we will
work to improve communication between the company and both shareholders and
regulatory agencies."
