XBoard on Display and Demo at Miami International Boat Show

Encompass Holdings, Inc. (OTC BB: ECMH) (www.encompassholdings.com) is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Aqua Xtremes will be exhibiting and scheduling demonstration rides for the XBoard at the Miami International Boat Show February 16 - 20. XBoard, a PWC that looks like a surfboard but is powered by revolutionary rotary engine will be on display at booth #3019 where consumers, potential dealers and the media can meet with Aqua Xtreme Representatives and distributors to learn about the world's most advanced personal watercraft.

Arrangements have been made for XBoard demonstration rides at a nearby Water Sports venue. Demos will be scheduled for Friday February 17th through Sunday February 19th. Water transportation to the demo venue will be provided by Aqua Xtremes.
