Tod Riedel joins the Structural Graphics team as chief operating officer, and David Cesaro joins as vice president of sales.

Joining Structural Graphics as chief operating officer, Tod Riedel brings a rich background in the management of services and technology organizations to the firm. Prior to joining Structural Graphics, he co-founded a leading wireless sensor networking and Active RFID company and has implemented the use of these technologies for competitive advantage in organizations throughout the world. Riedel previously served as North America director of enterprise consulting services for Compaq Computer Corporation, assisting Fortune 100 firms with complex technology integrations and rollouts. His prior roles also included director of new business development and director of applications development for CGI Systems, a wholly owned subsidiary of IBM. Riedel received a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

David Cesaro brings a breadth of experience in direct mail and fulfillment to his role as Structural Graphics' vice president of sales. Cesaro most recently served as senior vice president of sales and marketing of fulfillment company SourceOne Worldwide, Inc. Previously, he held several executive sales positions with ADVO, Inc., the nation's largest direct mail marketing company. Cesaro earned a bachelor's degree from Bentley College, as well as a master's degree from St. Joseph's University.
