BioPharmetics, Inc, Formerly BTG Cosmetics, Signs Joint Venture With Cosmetics Based on Nature Inc.

BioPharmetics, Inc, (OTC: BCSM), formerly known as BTG Cosmetics, announced the company has signed a Joint Venture with Cosmetics Based on Nature Inc., a Canadian Health and Beauty product Distributor.

The joint venture allows BioPharmetics to have the exclusive rights to sell the Molo Africa line of Natural health and beauty products, the Micha line of anti-aging products for women, and the Isseo Men's skin care line in the U.S.

"Our joint venture with CBON gives us a very strong product line to complement our current cosmetics offerings. The Molo Africa products are incredible. Not only are they all natural, but the products are purchased from a company that supports single mothers and farmers in Africa," stated Mr. Paul D. Lisenby, CEO of Biopharmetics, Inc.
