Produce Safety & Security International Inc. (OTC: PDSC), a sanitation disinfectant process supplier to the food and medical industries, has established a new SOP for Global Inspection Service to provide real-time testing results for ozone concentration levels providing (PDSC) food safety program a continuous real-time audit.

Clarence W. Karney, CEO of PDSC, states: "This ozone monitoring program will provide the fresh produce, meat, poultry, seafood and processed foods industry with a continuous monitoring program for the level of ozone concentration at each stage of processing program.
