EMTI's AWE Energy Savings to Be Guaranteed and Insured by Third Party Insurance Company

Environmental Technologies International, Inc. (OTC: EMTI) intends to offer a guarantee of energy savings to building owners/operators who install the Company's proprietary AWE system. The proposed guarantee, to be backed by a third party insurance company, is expected to greatly enhance the forthcoming AWE marketing campaign.

LOW-COST AWE ENERGY STUDY

AWE will conduct a low-cost, no-obligation preliminary energy study on each prospective building, analyzing the use of electrical loads throughout the system, pinpointing onerous energy inefficiencies and establishing recommendations to enhance the building's operations and materially reduce energy consumption. Depending upon the size of the facility, the Energy Study will take from several hours to several days to complete and can be worth from several hundreds to several thousands of dollars in energy savings monthly to the building owners.

FULLY GUARANTEED AND INSURED BENEFITS OF THE AWE SYSTEM

Every installed AWE system will be accompanied by an insured guarantee of energy savings and a comprehensive equipment warranty. The guarantee will state that the system will pay for itself within a specified period. Throughout the term of the contract and guarantee, a major international insurance company will refund the amount of any shortfall in guaranteed electrical savings.

THE REVOLUTIONARY AWE SYSTEM

The AWE technology allows a passive system whose only change to the operating environment is clean, healthier air. Ancillary benefits of the system include high purity, safe drinking water, minimization of mold, and optimum humidity levels.

AWE SYSTEM LAUNCH IS IMMINENT

The initial commercial prototype of the AWE system has been built and is expected to be installed in the near future. An AWE prototype designed for residential use is currently in development and management is hopeful that it will be built and ready for initial installation and testing in spring, 2006.
