Charles Laser Joins Advisory Board of Victory

Victory Capital Holdings Corporation (OTC BB: VTYC) announced today it has named Charles Laser as a member of its Advisory Board. Mr. Laser is a noted oil and gas "wildcatter" with ownership of wells in Michigan and principal operations and discoveries in Wyoming. Mr. Laser has had operations in Texas, Indiana, Illinois, Colorado, Montana, Wyoming, and Nevada. He has leased over 400,000 acres of oil and gas leases in various states and has been listed in "Who's Who In America," "Who's Who In The World," and "Who's Who In Finance and Industry." Mr. Laser has previously served as Executive Vice-President of GeoSpectra Corporation, one of the leading firms in geological remote sensing, serving the major oil and mining firms worldwide. Clients included companies such as Exxon, Chevron, AMOCO, ARCO, DeBeers, Texaco, Mobil, and others.
