Wu Jian-Guo, deputy chief of National Development and Reform, requested a formal proposal to build a large AVT demonstration project near Beijing.

The AVT Corporation will be returning to Beijing this year with the proposal. When the AVT demonstration is operating successfully, the AVT will be used throughout China to reduce traffic, energy and transportation problems.

In the next two years, the AVT Corporation will be completing the engineering, building and testing of a full size demonstration in southern California.
