eNR Services Acquires NewsWire One; Continues Strategic Growth Initiatives
eNR Services, Inc. announced today it has
acquired NewsWire One, a Chicago-based company that provides end-to-end
solutions for the creation and distribution of interactive corporate news
releases and the development and management of online press rooms.
"NewsWire One allows us to immediately offer our clients a unique
interactive press release capability they can't find anywhere else, and it
offers an opportunity for eNR to wholesale this capability to other service

Inc. "The NewsWire One product set complements eNR's existing media
database, media monitoring and press release distribution services and can
be seamlessly integrated in both our retail and OEM applications."
eNR Services' flagship product -- Grassroots PR(TM) -- is currently being
used by leading brand names including Avon, Daimler Chrysler and Ben &
Jerry's to deliver localized company news to community-based media outlets.
Victor said he expects to start offering NewsWire One's interactive
oneKIT(TM) product to all eNR clients immediately and, in turn, NewsWire
One's clients will have access to the full suite of eNR products.
